Super bonus 110%

The Superbonus is a concession issued by the Government included in the Relaunch Decree.

It increases the deduction of expenses made from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021 to 110%.

The works consist of energy efficiency, anti-seismic interventions, for the installation of photovoltaic systems or columns for recharging electric vehicles in buildings.

These measures are added to the deductions for the renovation of the building stock, also including the works for the reduction of seismic risk (Sismabonus) and the energy improvement of buildings (Ecobonus).

There is the possibility to choose between the discount on the invoice from suppliers, or for the assignment of credit, for example to banks.

The Superbonus applies to interventions carried out by condominiums, natural persons, who do not exercise, arts and professions.

The Superbonus is for:
thermal insulation interventions on vertical and horizontal structures;
replacement of winter air conditioning systems on condominiums, villas or multi-family real estate units, for example two-family or terraced villas;
anti-seismic interventions: the deduction already provided for by the Sismabonus is raised to 110% for expenses incurred from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021.

The 110% deduction is divided into 5 annual installments of the same amount, deducting it from the tax return.

Alternatively, you can opt for the discount on invoices from suppliers of goods or services or for the assignment of credit in favor of suppliers, other subjects and credit institutions and financial intermediaries.

To get the deductions, the taxpayer has to follow some steps.
