Office Sales Coordinator

Job description

Stresa Luxury Real Estate is seeking an Office Sales Coordinator with strong organisational skills and a passion for the world of luxury. You will be responsible for the operational management of the office and the coordination of activities that support the sales team, helping to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient workflow.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming communications (calls and emails), particularly those related to commercial activities and the sales team's KPIs;
  • Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and presentation, in line with the style and positioning of Stresa Luxury Real Estate;
  • Welcome clients, candidates, and suppliers (front office);
  • Support in managing the commercial team’s schedule, planning appointments, and organising property viewings.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent command of English (C1 level or equivalent); knowledge of German or a third language is a plus;
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude;
  • Good understanding of the luxury market and sensitivity to an international clientele;
  • Familiarity with key digital tools (Office suite, CRM systems, cloud services).
